Struggling to make sense of life? As a professional counsellor, I can help you move forward in a safe, therapeutic space

I can help you to see who you are, your strengths and defences.  Through a developing trusting relationship we can explore your own relationships and I can share insight into how you see yourself, how I see you and how others may perceive you.

We can explore your past and present experience of the world, looking at repeating and unhelpful patterns of behaviour. Together we can look at who and where you are and opportunity for change.

My clients often say they feel lighter when they have felt safe enough to open up and share the weight of their fears, worries and feelings with me rather than struggling alone.
